blending elegance + accessibility.
Our Story
Poppy + Pine focuses on providing high-end, beautiful event flowers that are accessible to everyone.
I got married in 2022 to my lovely husband Aaron. We had both recently graduated from Montana State University and were both still starting our careers. I realized as a bride, we weren’t in a position to afford luxury event services and that left us feeling discouraged. I knew when I started my business Poppy + Pine, I wanted to create a service that still offered beautiful, quality flowers but within a price range more individuals, like me could afford.
While we still provide and produce many full service, elevated and detail oriented designs for high-end events. P+P is at its heart a semi-custom floral business. We have crafted an efficient process that prioritizes bringing your vision to life, while not compromising the quality. We achieve this by focusing on seasonal varieties and streamlining the customization process, allowing us to deliver stunning results hassle free.
Life’s most special events deserve an atmosphere that captures and embraces the people, story, and moments that matter the most.
Meet Libby
I have always been surrounded by green, which is ironic considering my youth was spent in the desert of Tucson, Arizona. This was all owed to my Dad, who had a passion for horticulture and owned a landscaping company. While my memories are sparse from those days, I remember the many nursery runs; riding around in the carts, spending time with my dad, and assisting in the flower selection.
I moved to Montana when I was eleven years old. Montana’s beauty continued to evoke my love of creativity. I became partial to watercolors and curated my set to fit perfectly in my hiking pack. I have always had a creative mind, spending hours painting and drawing. I was fortunate that I had family members in my life, especially my Grandfather that really fostered and encouraged my art.
Flowers have allowed me to create something beautiful, to experiment with new ingredients, textures, and colors, and to bring joy to those around me. I am incredibly blessed for my life with flowers and forever grateful to those that have influenced, supported, and encouraged me.
My designs are inspired by the people and places that mean the most, from the desert poppy to the mountain pine.
